Is it inappropriate to offer businesses in town web help upon noticing that their current page is really quite outdated looking?
i.e. a small image tiled over the background, bright, awkward colors, multiple images flashing
Of course I would be tactful about the matter and give them a reasonable price as I am not a professional (although I do have quite a bit of experience).
But is it inappropriate to contact them and offer to spruce up their page?
