Off topic: How many books have you read in your whole entire life?

Willingly like 16-20 books.

The series of unfortunate events 1-13, The Outsiders, Percy Jackson: The Lightening Theif, and a few goosebumps books.

Maybe a few more I forgot, but not much more, 25 would be the max, I know for a fact I have read less than 25 novels willingly.

I've read too many to count. Every Friday when I receive my paycheck, I go down to B&N's and buy a book or two.

edit: Avid, how old are you, by the way? Until recently, I always thought you were a highschool Junior or Senior. If you don't feel comfortable telling me here, you can just message me.

edit: Oh, ok. Right on. That's cool.

edit: Lol. We should feel lucky and blessed that we look so young for our age. When you're in your 40's, people will think you're in your late 20's, which is a good thing. I'm 21, and people confuse me for a 16 year old, but it's all good because someday I'll be a good-looking 50 year-old, unlike other ethnicities.

edit: When you do decide to go back to school, I'll help you out with the school work, if needed.

edit: Nice, man. I had no idea you were at Cal State Sacramento. Good for you. You have to tell me these things because I'm looking like an idiot right now for not knowing. Lol. Anyways, yeah, anytime you need anything proofread, I'll be here.

I'm just wondering , since I only read 5 books in my whole entire life. Yes only 5. I mostly just read sources on the internet , biographies, instructional books ( example:dummies or how to do excel) , & text books for my college courses. I don't like reading fictional novels or go to Barnes & Noble & library to read for fun.

Here are the list of books I read:

John Grisham: A Time to Kill

Beverly Clearly: Dear Mr Henshaw

John Steinbeck: Mice of Men ( Froshmen year in h.s novel)

2 Goosebumps book from R.L Stine

btw I never read any of the h.s novel that we had to for english class. Besides from "Mice of Men". Which included "Raisen in the sun" , " Old man and the Sea" , "Shakespear books" etc...I just took the notes from my friends :)

BQ: Can you beat my record for book reading?
@matt: I only go to borders or barnes to look at magazines or check out any instructional books on films, music, or computers. I did read a lot of non-fiction novels, but my question is pertaining towards fictional books.Even though I forgot to mention it. Like Dean Kootz, Ann Rice, Stephen King books etc.
@swish: Just read the whole book. Don't even bother with the movie. It's in black/white & pretty boring. Especially the guy who's playing Atticus Finch.
matt: lol nah bro........I proclaimed on this website I'm 27 years old. It should say on my pulse also. I'm just on this website a lot due to my work. Once I quit my job. Im outs.
@matt:But in real life. I do look like a junior or senior in h.s. Most people in my daily life don't think I'm in my late 20s. I wish I looked a lot older. I'm trying to grow a gold t like Ichiro , but Asian males have a hard time growing facial hair.
@matt: lol I am back in school. I actually already obtained my business degree from Sac state. A couple of years ago. I'm just trying to get my film degree now. That's why I don't have to do any general education courses. THANK GOD, but since your a english major. When I start my "screen play course" I'll let you proof read it and correct any errors. Which I'm pretty sure I'll have lol

I don't really read books. I've read about 5 Harry Potter books and read Eragon and the other book to it, but other than that I don't read books. I look it up in the internet if I have to

Life on the Mississippi by Mark Twain
Beau Geste by Wren
A time to Live
A time to Die
A time to Sow..three books in a series....no idea on authors
.and that's for May 2011

So many I can't even remember. I never do it willingly, it's always for school. Right now I'm reading To Kill a Mockingbird for like the 3rd time.
