Off Topic #13: Because it's not good to merge threads when you're sick

There is a slight romance but the past between the two characters involved after reuniting is a rather painful one. So unless if you count that and that one sex scene, then no, not much of a romance thing. Tragic romance, maybe, but not much of "I love you"'s being thrown around.

Thanks for understanding though. I thought things would calm down a little after my midterm but unfortunately, that's not the case.

I was a bit reluctant to ask for another away since at the moment, we're slow and it seems like you and me are just trying to keep the board afloat.

Sorry that I've been away. Between Ashley and the incident in Haiti - it's just been a little crazy. Thank goodness all my family have been accounted for. I just wish the good news was the same for the people there. It's so sad.
 
Are they heavily written in? If not, you could try selling them on Ebay. ;)



Oh, gosh I'm sorry. Umm, well, are you going to see Eclipse when it premieres next week?
 
It's an on and off thing:

Friday - Warning coughs
Saturday (morning) - Minor diziness
Saturday (afternoon) - Full blown fever and gone bed ridden
Sunday - Feel like a zorabie and practically dragging myself around the store to get some cough drops.
Monday - Coughing too much to go to my first class but since second class is just a meet up with the professor, I drove to my school (luckily) to go through the ten minute ordeal.

Tuesday- Just wishing the cough would go away.

Ashley is in the middle of another ear infection but she's doing okay. I just hate giving her the other "pink" stuff. :look:
 
Oh gosh - I thought only Ashley's uncles thought about those sort of things. :lol: Try holding the baby while you're sitting down and you'll see it's not that bad. ;)

Currently doing the essay portion of my exam, which I have to finish this, a revision, and a cover letter by 4pm tomorrow.

Other than this, things here are more messed up than ever with my aunt not only having to owe the bank $5000 for not paying her card for the past six months, but it turns out that every one of us (sans renters) in the house has a problem with her, whether it's financially, emotionally or both [She still owes my mom $20,000 for that loan she had my mom take out to supposedly pay for my cousin's tuition. However, my cousin is either paying it on her own, or having help from my grandma or her boyfriend]. Some guy showed up at our house the other day to deliver papers that she now has to appear in court.

As far as I know, my cousin hasn't given his mom the paper yet because his sister is making copies to make sure that her mom doesn't throw away the paper.

I don't know if I want to get in to the full on nitty gritty of the situation (although on the mod board somewhere, I explained it more in detail). But yeah, things are rather messed up right now.

What's very bizzare and stupid of the situation is that my aunt and uncle recently went on a trip to Vegas.

Tina, not since the day my doctor swapped some of my parts for mechanical parts. So therefore, I'm part cyborg. Just need to get used to the feeling of shooting out fireballs from my fingertips. :P I've updated my profile to reflect that.

But yes, it's the second time in my lifetime that I pulled it off (the first one as far back as 2007).

I feel bad for my grandma. First her brother passed away, now turns out her sister suffered a stroke and passed away as well the other day. It's crazy. One person in the family is dying each month. :blank:
