Off Topic #13: Because it's not good to merge threads when you're sick

:lmao: They actually have a website to rate professors?! I could've used that years ago! :lmao:

And don't forget Pumpkin Spice coffee drinks from Starbucks!!!

Oh sweetie. I'm so sorry. And I bet those classes must be overwhelming. Just keep in min that it'll be worth it in the end.

Ash has just been quite the troublemaker lately. She woke up literally ever hour last night. I don't even know how I managed to get to work this morning.

Oh, how about Craig's List? I hear they're pretty good too.

Oh, I see. Were you vacationing at the time or something when you went to San Diego?

Yeah, we may catch an early morning show while all the young people are still asleep in their bed. :lmao:

Yeah, should've. I only got $7 for the twelve books. Problem is, I don't have an eBay account. They're not heavily written in but their spines are a little flimsy.

Nothing to be sorry for. He's either in New Jersey or the Philippines. I mean, I still love my dad, just haven't really talked to him that much. I think the last time was about two years ago while I was still in San Diego.

:pout:

I keep seeing the signs for the midnight premiere in 7-11. I'll just wait till the Rifftrax version of the movie comes out. The one they did for New Moon was just as hilarious as they did for the first movie.

Yeah, I heard about the whole Haiti earthquake. Crazy! Especially the picture on the front page on the newspaper that showed the bodies lying on the courtyard. Glad that your family has been accounted for. Didn't know that you had family there.

I was gonna respond in the thread about the whole Pat Robertson remark. For a split second, I had Pat Robertson and Fred Phelps (Westboro Baptist Church) mixed up. But honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if that church took a crack at it, horrible as it sounRAB.

First week of school was stressful, mostly because of the amount of books that were required. Twelve paperback books total!! (this doesn't count the additional four for my History/Screenwriting but for my two English classes) But at least they are paperbacks and not textbooks. Other than that, I'm enjoying the semester so far. Reading Volitare's Candide...the book itself is interesting. I recommend it. Even if it is a satire.

We're having great cool weather here, which is super so far!

By the way Caroline, I heard of the icicles popping up in Florida.

We get sick on weekenRAB because our body system, no matter how well we treat it, wants our weekend, the only free time we have, to be a living hell. :pout:

Right now, I'm feeling a lot better. Just congesting cough but it's not really serious.

Apparently the papers have been given but I don't know how my aunt reacted. Would be rather priceless, even if it does seem a bit cruel.

I would lend money, but unless if I 100% trust the person to pay me back, I think my maximum would be at least $500, most.

It's finally over! Exams and semester is finally over (I'm a little worried about that full essay exam since I messed up the last two questions. Not what I expected)!! Guess it means I'm officially back. I'm trying to work on the art thingy for the forum's fan art holiday competition thing. Would've done this earlier but the last several weeks were heavy handed with assignments and finals.

Unfortunately, I had to. :( Her temperature keeps going up and down. If it continues like that again tomorrow, I think we're going to need to take her back to the doctor.

Gosh, that's so sad. I'm sorry sweetie. *hug*

Hi Tina! How are you? Thanks for the well wishes for Ashley. ;)

See, Ashley's uncle and I have a special thing in common: Paranoid about dropping other people's kiRAB. :goof

Surprised that I even made it to the jury box and never got out of it. But the attorney's questions at first made me flustered and I'm like "Okay, I knew I screwed up. They're letting me off early."

Hello $30 a day + $10 for the trip to court. Can't really talk about the case, under oath and all, but all I'll say is that my hopes have come true as to what kind it is.

True, but professor rocks in his lectures. :yay: I guess that ratemyprofessor.com website works wonders.

Oh yeah. Hello all nighters, panic attacks, and high grand anxiety. :sigh:

I think I know what happened. The last episode of Lost slowed down the site. Crazy hype building all around, especially in the news over here (considering where it's filmed and stuff).

And I don't really care about the show. Unless if they filmed in my town. I think the closest is probably that Pirates of the Caribbean film they're about to shoot this summer.

My brother went to the casting call for extras. The one in charge said that if they we're hired, they couldn't ask for autographs, take pictures, or say his to the main stars. :goof:

Yeah. I finished the revision. And have a 4/6 essay exam tomorrow! :blank: Basically had no life for the past several weeks with the other midterms and papers, and the sickness, and the other personal problems aside. It's a hell-ish month.

Though I'm a bit happy with the few frienRAB that keep me somewhat sane through text messages. And that show "Chopped" on Food Network.

It still ultimately sucks that Oprah's network is taking over the Discovery Health Channel network! I want my insanely graphic and bizzare network. I rarely watch TV these days and majority that I do watch are either documentaries or Food Network. With the occasional Adult Swim, Comedy Central, and if they're lucky, movies.

I finally learned for the first time on how to hold a baby. And ultimately fail at carrying him properly. Luckily, he's easy to bounce around on the couch but I warned everyone that I'm scared of holding babies and as a result, got made fun of. :(
