Off Topic #13: Because it's not good to merge threads when you're sick

Well Im taking a storywriting class, and I mostly write weird fiction fantasy beginning yet I never manage to finish a story :oops: what do you write?
 
The fun never stops. Don't be surprised if you read in the news about burning villages and a maid marian being scalped.

Scary how fast we are in mid-Noveraber.
 
I think anything is possible. I wouldn't mind spending money listening to my professor talk about The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros. for two and a half hours. :lmao:

This weekend we celebrated Ashley's first birthday. Yes, my daughter is now one years old. sigh I can't believe it. The time really flew by. It was my husband's birthday as well. :)

Tomorrow we plan to go look at some rental properties. We've just outgrown our 1 bedroom condo and need more space. I hope we find something good. Wish us luck. :glow:

4 months old, huh? Gosh, it feels like yesterday when Ashley was that age. :lol: So, what is he doing already? Giggling and all that good stuff? ;)
 
Gosh, I'm sorry that I've been off-line for a while. With returning to work and all, it's been hard to post here. :(

How have you been?
 
I didn't think you could get a doctorate in video games. Well, there are courses related to Harry Potter and Twilight these days so I shouldn't be surprised anymore.

Been lacking sleep the past several days. But at least I can slightly relax until Wednesday. Had a quiz today, then the peer onslaught review of our fairy tale retelling. I'm glad for the onslaught, actually, because at least I know what I did wrong and know what other people think.

I'm just surprised at the scores I've gotten. One of my partners was my professor (it was supposed to be groups of three but me and this classmate were the only two people left). My professor told the class to not be surprised if we received scores below 5/10 (it's a first draft thing).

Glad you are ok. The car in front of me coming home from work slammed on their brakes, therefore making me slamming on my brakes and I came close to rear ending them. My hanRAB couldn't stop shaking afterwarRAB.
 
You and I apparently have car problems. :goof: Except for mine, the engine is a little messed up and something happened with the gear. Until the guy checks out the issue, you have to poke a key in this one hole and press on the brake pedal if you want to move the gear shift from Park to Reverse/Drive. The car works fine but now it looks like scary effort is required to set the gear shift.
