"off-highway use only" for my dirt bike ? street legal already ? can I drive it...

...to work ? I was expecting my vehicle title to say "off-road use only", however it says "off-highway use only". Is this awesome ?

Does this mean I can legally drive it on the street ? Can I drive it 12 miles to work and back without going on the highway ?

I know that dirt bike laws are mild in texas, but to this degree ? Its a raw dirt bike, knobby tires and no lights.
 
no, has to have headlights, brake light, turn signals, reverse light, horn, and a bunch of other stuff to be DOT legal, off-highway is just another way of saying off-road, if it was street legal it would probably say "on/off-road" or "on or off-road", something like that but just a guess
