You coach either a college, pro or semi-pro team. The semi-pro league just opened and is for the newer members. You can draft, trade, recruit, create plays and call games live. Please come and join us, I need some more competition.
Just sign up, create a coach (refresh a few times to find a good one), and then use the map in the room and binoculars to search for jobs. There is one school for each top college and one pro team for each pro team. Most already have head coaches, but there are four coaches to a staff. The semi-pro league is a great place to learn immediately. Come over and hit the chat or forum for advice. I coach anywhere
