can anyone honestly tell me they have never seen a loud, rude ghetto black person acting like a fool in public? I see it daily
seems to fit all the stereotypes about them? 2nd question: What race/culture comes to mind when I say the words crime, welfare, ghetto, crackhead, and uneducated?

African Americans, it's actually sad.
Even after 400 years, they still seem to get it right.
