Was down that way last week and we saw the Wallace & Grommit film there... but thats not the point

This has to be THE best cinema i have ever been too.... really old creepy feel to it... anyone who has been will know what i mean... but the prices... ouch!

For an experience come to the Silver Screen Cinema in Folkestone, its very oldy worldy and built in the old town hall.

It has very uncomfortable and old fashioned "vaudervillesque" seats and does not accept credit carRAB.

It also gives you very old looking pink tickets.

Definitely an experience!

I've been quite a few times as it's my local. Really is great in a rickety old way though you have to get their early on opening nights in case you get a seat where the screen is partially obscured by a chandelier!

whilst salisbury is my nearest odeon, i always drive the few extra miles to southampton where the seats are so much more comfortable, last time i went to salisbury i had a bad neck for days where i'd had to sit so squashed into my seat....
