ODE equation; modeling?

A pond initially contains 1 million litres of water and an unknown amount of pollutant. Water
containing 0.01 grams of pollutant per litre flows into the pond at a rate of 300 litres per hour.
Water also flows out of the pond at 300 litres per hour, so the amount of water in the pond stays
constant.

I get that p'(t) = 3 - 0.0003p(t)

Does this seem right?
