Odd "attack" while playing basketball

I had some kind of episode/attack while playing basketball, indoors, two days ago. I have never experienced this before. I was not tired in any way, I was not out of breath.

I drove and made a layup. Right when I landed, I felt somewhat dizzy, out of breath, and my heart was beating really fast(like I just sprinted up a set of stadium bleachers). My hearing went almost completely away, and I had a very clear, loud ringing in my left ear. The game stopped for some reason, I could see the guys discussing something. I put my hands on my knees, and took some calming breaths. It really didn't make a difference. I just continued, and it went away after about 75 seconds.

I felt kind of anxious while this was happening. Almost like it was an anxiety attack. I don't know what anxiety attacks feel like, but this is what I think they would feel like. I say this because I was somewhat nervous. I was playing with really good players, with people I have never met, at a gym I have never played in. I wanted to do well. When I drove for the lay in, I didn't get any kind of shot before that. I wasn't getting the ball. Maybe the nervousness mixed with adrenaline, and I had some kind of episode. In fact, that is a good way to describe it. It felt like I had a major, lasting, adrenaline trip that would not go away. Like I was falling down the first fall of a roller coaster for 75 seconds, even though I was just standing. Although, I never lost my hearing on a rollercoaster, and never experienced a loud ringing in my left ear.

Does it sound like a neuro problem, a heart problem, or does it sound like some kind of anxiety attack? BTW, I was plenty hydrated, and had breakfast that day.

Thanks for any help.

Could have been a but im thinking either a near faint from dehydration, or a sugar drop, or even a panic attack which im not100% convinced it was panic though.

If it hasnt happened since i wouldnt worry too much but if it happens again then i would go get your blood pressure and heart rate checked out.

I have experienced similar feelings, but not nearly as strong, and not nearly as long. Sometimes I will get almost like a slight tunnel vision, pressure in my head/ears, and slightly short of breath. This doesn't happen often. I believe it is just from standing up too fast after laying down. But, these occurrences never involved loss of hearing or ringing in one ear. These occurrences last less than 10 seconds.
