Obscure cartoon question (Taco Bell late 90s toy)

In the late 90s Taco Bell gave out toys for some weird cartoon...the toy was like a cat on a couch, or something. I never remember hearing much about this cartoon AT ALL, but I was wondering, anyone have any info on this?

At one point during the 90's, Taco Bell had cartoon characters (A cat and a dog, if I recall) they used to promote their kid's meals. That might be what the toy is of.

I think it was either that or Eek! The Cat.

Never mind, you're right man, Taco Bell did have a cat and dog (Named Nacho & Dog), Ren & Stimpy-esque characters. That's what I'm thinking of.

Nacho and Dog were the characters Taco Bell used to promote their kids' meals for a time. Nacho was a hyperactive orange cat, Dog was an intelligent, laid-back blue dog. In most of the ads, Nacho would attempt some insane stunt, while Dog would just sit on the couch reading a book and commenting on the proceedings. Their slogan was "Fetch that food!"

Fun trivia fact: Nacho was voiced by comedian Eddie Deezen, perhaps best known for voicing Mandark on Dexter's Laboratory. Dog was voiced by Rob Paulsen.

Wow. I remember the annoying "Yo quiero Taco Bell" ads with the Chihuahua, but I don't remember a cat and dog advertising campaign. I must really be blanking, because I've eaten at Taco Bell for years now.

I think the ads were pretty much restricted to Saturday morning. I ran across a VHS tape not too long ago of shows from a Saturday morning broadcast in the mid 90's (Free Willy, the Mask, Ninja Turtles, Casper, and a few others), and there was a Nacho & Dog ad during virtually every commercial break.
