He should assist in repealing Obamacare and then resign, it would provide the stability that the private sector is looking for.

And when there are manufacturing companies in the USA, like Gibson, they are attacked by Obamas executive agencies. Seizing all their assets and putting the entire company at risk.

Guess it would help if Gibson was a union shop, would have been left alone.

Obama's? I seem to remeraber the repubs being the ones who called the fat cats "Job Creators" - How's that working out for those guys?

side note - there is always 8-9% unemployment. There neeRAB to be a pool of people for new jobs, and then there are disabled, children, elderly.

Looks like the only year since 1948 with a higher unemployment rate than 2010's 9.61% average would be 1982 at 9.72%. so this is historically high and sustained unemployment given that it was over 9% in 2009 and likely will be for 2011 as well. 82 and 83 are the only other years over 9% since 1948.

so is it the "job creators" aka the rich, or the government that creates jobs? Because as far as I know, the government has nothing to do with creating jobs - but they did just refrain from a tax hike on those "creators".

Given that most big companies are citing policy instability and the new healthcare laws as detriments to hiring, I'd say both sides are to blame for the sluggish economy but to discount the impact of regulatory laws on hiring yet claim tax cuts will automatically create jobs (which is a perversion and straw man version of the actual economic reasoning) is stupid and contradictory.

Ultimately the government is responsible because the laws they create will impact how the economy works. The way they help create jobs though is to get out of the way wherever possible, not regulate industries into the ground.

he has such a fucking uphill struggle in noveraber it isn't even funny
he's a smart guy and maybe it ain't all his fault but in terms of results, he has NOTHING to show.

Half of those are pieces of legislation he just signed off on. half of them are no brainers, the other half any dem would've signed off of. he gets creative credit for the healthcare reform, but we all know how that's going
