Just how will any plan of his affect Medical Assistance? Is it going to replace it? Enhance it? Will I be paying for TWO programs to take care of the uninsured, as well as paying for my own?
All I know is - I already pay high taxes for people who have no insurance to go to the hospital and get taken care of.
