Obama sides with big oil over the health of children

this is where having a strong regulatory body to oversee the utility comes into play.

its not unreasonable to have the public and the utility split the costs.

I mean, if you are an energy utility you pretty much have a cash cow. I don't see why the books can't be open and having a strong, independent regulatory body oversee it....

except the mentality needed for that doesn't exist anymore. and with deregulation, it probably made it that much harder.
