what extremes are being pushed? those same people are party line voters, it doesn't matter what color obama is, they weren't voting for a republican anyway.

Both sides avoided having to take any responsibility for their out of control spending yet made it look like it was a major battle so the chumps sucking each party's nuts think they are really against each other.

They pushed shit off for 10 years knowing that in 1-2 years all of that shit becomes null and void since the next administration and congress are not liable for anything agreed upon in this one.

They get to raise debt up to 21.5 TRILLION but since they aren't going to raise it to 24 TRILLION, hey!!!, they are saving 2.5 trillion!! GENIUS

And they get to leave all the tax loopholes in place for all of themselves and their supporters.

no but it probably did bring votes into the equation that normally wouldn't be there, regardless bush was doing a great job of making himself sound like a fool behind that mic but to ignore the issue completely is ridiculous. it also doesn't change the fact that Obama has done a terrible job and so did Bush, ones mistakes don't absolve the others.
