Alright, the cap is finally on and the clean-up efforts are starting to 'really' take off and be coordinated. Cool.

There are small areas along the golf coast starting to get some tourism and economy again according to various news reports. I don't have time to link all this shit but it's good to see.

People are missing the point.

Obama is ingenuine and out of touch with peoples interests and needs. It all reflects on how he runs this country. Its important for a candidate to be in touch with the people, Obama is quite literally half dead in the brain. He sure knew how to bark up a fucking storm while he was campaigning for president.

gulf tourism is getting hammered. it would have been great PR and a boost to the area if our president led the way by scheduling his own vacation down that way. idirabroad

Obama is God, he doesn't have to be physically present in the Gulf. His mere voice of opinion on the Gulf matter is all that is needed to bring his spiritual fulfillment to the oil stricken area.
