Does anyone know if teachers unions and state/local gov employees unions contribute majorly to one party or the other?
 
so did all the other "helps" like cash 4 car, the mortgage one, etc... but that's only really helpful in a short economic issue. Moving it up a few months is nice, but now it's a few months later and we are still going slow as hell and those projects are already done, so now what.

While I agree that religion is fucked up (all religion) I don't have a problem with people being religious as long as they aren't nuts about it
 
oh so we're moving from the "handed a shitty deal" to the "how would you do it" line? how predictable.

easy. i wouldn't worry about my fucking political career first of all. perhaps i'd draft a plan on iraq instead of lingering on it until 2012 for reelection

would have never done the healthcare bill, only smaller bills to target real problems

would have never given GM another dime. if they want to fold, they can do so without the union. they let the union stay

etc etc etc. lots of stuff. and i bet my approval rating would have been a hell of a lot higher. the people would support a politician that doesn't act like a politician... and you know acts in the best interest of the people
 
Why don't you get a job and start contributing to the economic recovery of the country, hippie?
