They're basically enforcing the rules set by the US Govt... and Obama is bitching. My guess, Obama and his administration is going to lose this one.

I agree man, Arizona is showing some fucking balls. They are being overrun by illegals and the state is going broke paying for all of the services they need.

Immigration is becoming like Social Security, nobody wants to touch it.
 
The city of Irving, TX has been turning over suspected illegals to ICE for two years now and there hasn't been a successful challenge to it.
 
Yes, kind of. They would have to be stopped for a reason besides "looking like an illegal".
