o3 Dodge Intrepid-stalls around 2375 RPM and starts hard?

I have an 03 intrepid w/ 3.5L that will stall at around 2375-2400 RPMs and will just start shaking between 70-74 MPH until I slow down below 70 MPH and the 2375 RPM. When this happens the cruise control dosen't work either. If I shut the car off while still driving down the road and restart it, the problems goes away. Occasionally it starts hard and you have to crank it for probably 15 secs. before it starts. Could it be a idle air control sensor causing this problem?
 
the idle air control will only affect it at idle speeds,the problem your having would be a fuel delivery problem or an ignition related problem,have the fuel pressure checked on it first,then have the computer scanned for trouble codes,a bad throttle position sensor will also cause that too happen at certain speeds,good luck on finding it,
