I want to switch from T-Mobile to either O2 or Vodafone for the iPhone 4 but am finding that its a really tough decision. According to their coverage checks on their websites, both have good-excellent 3G coverage in my area and their tariffs are identical. So how do I choose? I guess it comes down to which network has the best customer service and insurance? Any advice and opinions would be greatly appreciated!
