O se Orient - - Poetry ?

I am looking for a poetry being read in the advertisement of Orient refrigerators. It was like;
har su tere husn k jo charchay hain aaj
zamaney ki zuban pe bahenge fasane tere.....

i am not sure who is the poet of it but it sounded me zia mohiuddin. Can anyone provide me the original full 'nazam' of it ?
