Hi everyone. I am wondering being that quit my job when do receive my final pay check. My pay day was suppose to be on 9-11-09 which my boss said it would be mailed to me. I have not gotten paid for yet, it's been a week. My next pay date is 9-25-09 I am no longer at my job. I even called to find ot what was going on, and have not received a response, Do I wait another week, or should I take legal action. Can they' wit hold my check?
