NYS Labor Law: Shift Differential 12 Hour Rule?

"Under New York State Labor Law: if you return to work within 12 hours of a scheduled shift, aren't you supposed to get a special rate? Example if you work until 10 PM and then you work 8am the next day or 9pm then return at 8am the next day.
