why dont you call your carrier and see if they will hold off on canceling you
explain your situation to them
most insurance carriers will keep you legal as long as your up front with them
why not pay it early
if you have the funds no go ahead and pay today

My insurance is due on the 18th of October. I cannot pay until the 1st of November. I will be 11 days without insurance. WILL I GET A SUSPENSION or PENALIZED for 11 days?

Don't drive for those few days. so you won't get caught. If you get stopped without a valid insurance card you will get a ticket and your license will be suspended, also your insurance rate will go up.
