is there some registration that i have to do for starting a business in NYC, i am planning a web service company, it would be better if i can operate from home without an office, is that allowed? what are the differences between operating from home and from an office in terms of registrations. and finally, i know some company break the teams apart, and put them in different regions, like only 1 person with a very small one room office handling the works in each region, how much is the rent for such 1 room office? is the good for meeting clients?
