One of my really good friends is having a party to celebrate his 18th birthday so he rented this place in DC called The People's Media Center and it is located on 4132 Georgia Ave. NW 20011. I am 18 years old, female, high school senior. I have to ask my mom if she will let me go if she would drop me off there. But I don't know if the area is safe because everytime we go to dc on georgia ave we pass through these neghborhood that look very scary so when i tell her georgi ave she will probably freak out but i wat to know how safe that are is and if its worht it if i goto my friend's party. ? sorry the mispelling i just need to know the nswer asap.
