i'm going on a diet and i know there's a certain amount of calories the average person eats a day and how much calories you should eat a day but i'm also wondering if there's a certain amount of sodium and sugar and all the general stuff you find on the nutrition facts tabel thing that you're supposed to have a day. if so, what is it.. ? feel free to add any extra info(:
 
our caloric needs are based on OUR own body weight so there is no "average". Our GOAL is what determines what we need as well.

You don't state your current weight so I can't give you a number.

sodium is fine and needed IF you do not suffer from high blood pressure. Especially if you are working out.

But state your current weight and goal and I will help you out.
