Nutrition question, daily requirements.?

I am by no means a nutritionist and was wondering what a daily diet should consist of. I am an athlete and lift weights, 25-30 years of age and weight 163lbs. I just started keeping track of my protein but am unsure as to how many carbs I should be eating, or how much fruits and vegetables I should be consuming. Or if I am completely missing out on something completely.

Any help would be great, I want to make sure I am keeping healthy since I am revamping my diet. Links would be great too. Please no ads, big request for the "heath and fitness" section. Maybe ill get a real answer.
