I have a sore spot on my spine in between my shoulder blades and my osteopath keeps saying its muscular but would that cause headaches and sciatica type pain?
I also feel like my leg keeps getting nurab and tingly areas!
Any ideas?
I have been told i have possible tmj but would that cause my spine to ache?
 
Have you had any imaging done? CT or MRI? It is the only way to know for sure what is causing the problem. It could be thoracic, it could be a knot on your spine bone spur-but I hope your Osteopath will refer you to an Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon-or order films- to help diagnose and take care of what ever it is hurting you!
