numb down left arm with neck pain help!

Ive been having severe pain from my neck down to my left fingers like a constant eletric shock as well as numbness also severe my hand goes hot and cold. its unbearable almost :( I dont lift anything heavy (i dont dare ) and just woke up with pain about 5 days ago. I went to ER and xrays were fine. im going to ask my nurolagist about it on the 19th (I have migrains) non epeletic seizures and a beningn skull base leision The hosptital gave me hydrocodone it knocks the pain and me out! I cant be on it inderfinitlyThe ER said i strained my mucles but ive been on compleete rest for a week now and question even so why would my left arm and hand be so numb? i even suffer pulled up mucle spasms in my left hand. I also take meloixam for bone pain. I think i should have a spine mri. Something in my gut tells me this is not just a pulled mucle. even if the bones are fine it could be nerve related? ive tried in adition hot packs. Cold packs. hot showers cold showersrelaxation tecniques. if there is a positive is that my headaches are less intence but still there contiinuauasly any aditional advice or suggestion please give i cant live like this ):

now even the vicoberin hydrcodine doesnt work! im so angry at god right now!
 
Yeah, sounds to me like a pinched nerve in your shoulder or cervical spine. I don't know if the lesion could have anything to do with it - good luck with your neurology appointment - if it gets bad call your doc and see if you can get in early or maybe at least get your MRI done ahead of your appt on the 19th.
 
Update even the ER and regular doctor are clueless (i had to go to both because i staarted having chest pain)(they did not even due a ekg despite my heart racing. ok well i was anxoius im female and 28 but my chest was hurting! im going to my old nuro wesnesday so she can sign realases for my new doctor so i can see this new nuro the 19th of may next tuesday. I also have to pick up my mri films (i have the reports already for the new nuro dr. God what a hell of a day!!!!!!!!!!!



The pain is now somewhat reducedc thank you god:) arm still numb ):


Forget about that pain came riproaring back!
