NTLDR Missing after installing Apache, PHP, and/or MySQL?

Yesterday, I was trying out Apache and all. So, I installed the Apache Binary, from http://www.apachelounge.com/download/, according to the guide here, http://blogs.sitepoint.com/2009/04/07/how-to-install-apache-on-windows/ (very first zip file). I installed the PHP VC9 Thread-safe from http://windows.php.net/download/. I also installed the default MySQL from the official site. I installed everything, and everything was working great, but today when my brother tried booting the computer, he got a NTLDR missing error. I've changed the default boot order to HDD first, and we still get that. I'm suspecting it's something to do with the apache/php/mysql stuff. I googled around but didn't find anything that worked. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.
Okay thanks for the replies. Would it be something with the Apache Binaries from the forums? I only used them because that's what the guide provided and I had no experience to use the official installer :/ . I got this file httpd-2.2.17-win32-x86-ssl.zip does that look right? Anyways, I have googled ntldr errors and none of the ones work, besides, trying the windows recovery which I got to wait till my dad comes home to get the recovery disks >.> . Thanks again.
