Condoms
Birth control pill
Birth control patch
Something like NUVA® ring
Spermicide
Pull out method
And morning after pill if needed
And is it possible to use all at the same time

Condoms are 98% effective when used correctly (the problem is that most couples think they have it on correctly and dont)
Birth control pills are 99% effective as long as she is not taking any antibiotics while on it (which lowers the effectivness.)
5-8 out of 100 women on the patch will become pregnant
5-8 women out of 100 on the ring will become pregnant
29 out of 100 women on spermicide will become pregnant
30 out of every 100 couples using the pull out method will become pregnant

add: 1-2 out of every 100 will get pregnant after the morning after pill.

You can use a condom with most of these except spermicide (it does funny things to the latex which makes it less effective.)

the female cannot use the ring, patch, or pill together because all contain hormones and that would be waaay too many hormones for her body.

Condoms are around 96%
Birth control is 98%
Dunno but the patch, nuva ring, or spermicide cuz i never used them.
The pull out method is the least effective.
If you want to be 100% protected I would suggest birth control pills and using condoms together.
