Hi,
I just did the Upside Down Sinus Flooding for the very first time today and nothing came out but some clear nasal discharge. The usual clear stream of liquid that comes with most nasal irrigations. I did the procedure once and then did it again a few hours later. I added some more Hydrogen Peroxide since the first time it was pretty diluted and I didn't get that "stinging" that most people complain about doing this first time out. I added some more Hydrogen Peroxide the 2nd time I did it and still not much stinging, let alone anything else coming out. There was no "forming" that people also tend to report.
Am I doing this right? I usually can't breathe out of my nose period. I had deviated septum surgery 2 years ago that helped stop my chronic bronchitis infections, but still my nasal breathing hasn't improved. I am pretty much a full time mouth breather which makes it hard to use my CPAP for Sleep Apnea. I was hoping this could do wonders for my breathing period and also my CPAP use. Any suggestions? Do I need to use more Peroxide? Not a ton but should I add a little more?
I'm not looking to feel pain, it's just nothing happened. Was wondering if I did it right.
