i was in a car accident with a friend 2 days ago, iim thankful i was in the backseat and not front seat. it was the first time i didnt put my seat belt on in her car, i have no major injuries but i feel pain now. my friend told the police officer we all had our seatbelts & is asking me to keep it that way. will she be introuble if we say the truth now, will she get a citation? will the doctor figure out i didnt have a seatbelt on? the accident is possibly her fault. so will it be worse for her if i didnt have the seatbelt on?
