Not Turducken but sausage inside burger

We had leftover brown-and-serve sausages - my wife made a package a day
or two ago.

I bought ground beef from Whole Paycheck - grass fed, local.

In addition to making a few burgers, I made some "things" that were
ground beef wrapped around an already cooked sausage. Tastes great! I
only made a few, made regular burgers of the rest, just meat with salt
and pepper on the outside just before cooking.
