Not top ten percent University of Texas at Austin?

You should really direct this to the admissions department at UT/A. They can give you some good ideas of how to spin your application packet. You'll also get brownie points for personal initiative, and you'll have a friend or two on the admissions committee.
 
If your not top ten percent, and you don't get into your two choices of majors, is it still possible to get into the university as undecided?
