Not show up for trail in Court. What can Happen?

My Husband has a case in the Cayman Islands( which is under British Law).The case is going on and on it is a minor case for ABH. Since one Year he is on Housearrest that means he has to be home at 10 pm till 6am in the Morning. Now I'm pregnant with our second Child and left the Island. He want to follow me and just not go for his Trial date in Court. What can Happen? Will they put out a International Warrant? I'm scared.
