Okay so first off, i'll tell you guys what i'm working with.
I have a pioneer Avic d3 head unit
pioneer shallow svc 4ohm subs
4 channel amp (subs are wired to 2 channels, soon my door speakers will be wired to the other two)
so my question is, for some reason my amp isn't getting power. or at least, not getting enough power. my subs were working fine, and it seems that everything is wired correctly. it's not the first time I've done this. but for some reason after a few seconds, the power light on the amp will just not come on, so my subs won't work. i'm not sure what it could be. my radio and speakers work still, just not my subs or amp. but i am getting power from my battery, that's not the problem. The subs and amp were working fine a few days ago. also, i'm sure it is not the amp, because i took one amp out and put a new one in, and i'm still having the same problem.
anyone know what might be causing this ?
