Hi, this is a mental health issue. A quick list of known my known issues.
Agoraphobia, and Asperger Syndrome, both dianosed. But I'm not seeking help on these issues.
The issue I want to talk about, is my strange reaction to the window being closed. If I close up all my windows, I'm fine for an hour or two, but then I often start to feel tired and light headed. there's no gas on, so I don't beleive it's an issue of carbon monoxide. Disoriantation, and confusion often sinks in.
It rarely fails, except when I have the fan on air movement seems to increase the amount of time I can have the windows closed. I'm not sure if this is a mental health issue or a physical issue I'm putting down to anxiety. Any opinions?
