normal ab workout..but now hurt like not proper streching and

then-gym-now it is swollen? 3 days ago I was at the GYM doing situps really good and fast. Well the next day my belly was in pain. Everytime I would try to make my back straight there would be pain and then fully straight pain would go away but I went to the gym the next day and ABS again after I woke up from that day my belly was swollen and felt like a bag of fish insted of my normal pac. Can somebody tell me how long till this goes away
 
uh oh, you might rip some soft tissue inside because you do it too fast.
possibly , you can recover about 2 weeks without help, or infection and ICU in 2 days with necrosis.
