then-gym-now it is swollen? 3 days ago I was at the GYM doing situps really good and fast. Well the next day my belly was in pain. Everytime I would try to make my back straight there would be pain and then fully straight pain would go away but I went to the gym the next day and ABS again after I woke up from that day my belly was swollen and felt like a bag of fish insted of my normal pac. Can somebody tell me how long till this goes away
