Norm Coleman is filing an appeal to the MN Supreme Court..........Is this his last

chance? If he fails in the MN Supreme court................Can he take it to the U.S. Supreme Court?
or is he limited to the state courts because it's a state election?
although it's a federal office.
 
Two down (regular court/appeals court)...two to go (...State Supreme/ US Supreme...but the US Supreme Court can refuse to hear it and accept the State's Supreme Court decision).
 
No he can go to US Supreme Court yet. Im from Minnesota. Norm is going to drag this otu as long as he can. It keeps Franken from being there and thus one less Democratic seat. I think at this point he knows he lost he is just helping the Republican Party. Its just politics now really.
