i tried getting one from blee and was sold out... i think on ebay ... for 300 new isnt bad ..i just went that route..If you have to reflash then i guess ill come to it.. But i guess thats my question ... How hard to reflash the phone with someone elses rom ? Same as a non flashed phone ?
 
yeah mine came with it but quickly put my sons 2g in . he wasnt using it.. lol.. i actually put the iphone theme on .. .. My friend showed me how ..Had to pay for a program but ... in all it added alot of extras to it.. pm. if you havent figured this out or want details. search for mogul 6800 iphone to see a demo
 
Yea I am not sure I want to put the iphone app on my phone. Right now I am more interested in getting Ev-Do working....still a bit confused on it, surprisingly Cricket's internet is pretty speedy.
 
I was able to get in touch with the guy but I had to pay half on another shipping slip which was kind of lame. Paypal screwed me but what are you going to do? At least it's getting shipped to me now though!
 
there was two ..one said free shipping but was alil more... and the other was like 13.00 shipping ..you got the 299 plus 13.00 shipping right ? you cause me to have a chain reaction and buy the other just cause there was one left ..(thats if the world is small enough that you bought from same seller?) (arizona suttin right )
 
i believe the iphone app will mess up any chance of mms working...i have the cab if you'd like it...

evdo is simple if it is available in your market...just ask a question and you shal receive an answer.
 
i really wanna try out to0's rom ... seems tite... maybe we can buddy up and help each other out seeing how were are both newbs... I have 360 drives and flash firmware(and write them ) for pc drives to burn better then they are intended ..but flashing a phone got me scared... same boat as you L:)
 
Dude you would not believe the **** the postal service has put me through. I just got the correct tracking nuraber yesterday, only to find out it was delivered on Thursday (when I was not home) and a notice was left. Well there was no f'n notice left. So then I call the post office and they claim not to have it. I am hoping I will get it all sorted out tomorrow. Saturday. I can only hope anyways!!! Argggggggg...the MMS better work though or the guy who sold it to me is going to get an upset call. Stupid question. Should I just call Cricket to get my nuraber switched to the phone? Or is there a free way to do it?
 
So how do I go about getting Ev-Do to work? I am in Charlotte,NC and on the sticky it said it is a market that should be available. I shall shield myself from the onslaught of "search you *******!" remarks!
 
I got mine for 299 but from Wirelessofamerica. Shipping was 16.99 d'oh! Anyways I would be happy to buddy up and bounce stuff off each other even if that does sound arabiguously gay haha.

I do see the one for over 300 is gone...I'll cross my fingers.

load the 1050 prl...go to your internal PST under the "security" tab and make sure the usernames are both "[email protected]" and the password are both "cricket"

Hey random I am getting an error on mine, I get the EV icon popping up but it won't connect via #777. Also it's affecting my signal my bars are always full blown at 1x but with EV it varies between half and 3/4 full. I think I'm just going to reload the old PRL cause clearly my phone has problems with the EV/1050 prl.
