I have non stress tests every week now until I deliver. Today was my 2nd one. I was wondering what number is considering a contraction. On my first one the numbers were from less than 10 at most 25 and today they were 35-75 at times. So I was wondering if anyone who has had one or even when your in labor what is considered a contraction? Its my first baby so I'm still new to all this. Thanks and congrats to all!
