non dyed emo hairstyle?

okay, i really like the 'emo style' im not trying to be a poser. i love emo hairstyles, big and choppy, but the thing is im not aloud to dye my hair, as im on 13 :\ i back comb my layers underneath, but it doesn't stay through the day, i use alot of hairspray but it still doesn't stay :\ any help? please answer and tell my possible things, and by the way, i dont want to be a big emo, just there hair a little, so now im blagging on and sound mentally ill. so helps? xxxx
