Nokia's other built-in Satnav program?

So I was browsing the Nokia Asia site and it seems they have antoher sat nav program that uses the built-in GPS specifically called: NAVFone Pro Nseries Edition for the Asian market, kinda odd though why offer something additional to Smart2go
I'm thinking that this one has more details for Asian cities, but why not add more detail to smart2go.

It's a 60-day trial. After that, you have to pay, and you have to pay again for maps.

yes, it doesn't make much sense to get this over the free one included.
