Nokia with $30 message and data unlimited

Hi all, I just want to know is it still possible to use the $30 for media net & text package from AT&T on an unlocked Nokia Symbian phone instead of the $50 smartphone data & text package. Was thinking of picking up an unlocked Nokia like a N8. Thanks

Thank you for the response, the reason I ask is because I hear some people saying that at&t does some kind of IMEI swipe every so often.

Just make sure it's not a phone that AT&T specifically sells (like the e71x). So if AT&T picks up something like the x7 (doesn't look good now) down the road, then avoid...
