Who is aggressively advertising the n73? NOBODY. Who is aggressively advertising the v3? EVERYBODY. It's a simple equation to figure out.

Jobs is well aware of it & infact he was in contact with Cisco for long time to get the name. But apparently Cisco was not willing to give the name for money .. they have asked more than that to use possibly collaborate with them & use their voip technology(Read in the wallstreet news). As you know apple's arrogance.. refused & went ahead & announced with the stolen trademark to get into more trouble.
