i have a nokia N97, and all of a sudden my time settings wont work, i cant go into " time and date" settings and change the date and time, or set my alarm, or turn my alarm off! just wondering if someone else has had the same problem? and how can i fix this? id also like to restore the factory settings on it, but it says i need a pin, how do i get this?
oh and i cant use my screen to do anything either because i dropped my phone and now the touch screen wont work, which is why i cant turn my alarm off.
@ Abdul Hasnath, i CAN see the screen, its a touch screen, i just cant USE it,it doesnt respond. and the phone can still be used, but there are a few things that you cant do bcuz i need the touch screen, which doesnt bother me.. i just need to know how to get time timee and date settings working. and i have tried taking the battery out and sim card, to reset the time but it doesnt work, the phone turns straight on.

and i have also rang nokia, and the store i bought it from, i am on a plan n silly me didnt get insurance, n it will cost me alot of money to get "looked at" let alone fixed... i just need to reset my phone somehow.
